Acceptance of the Agreement   

Welcome to National Credit Store! Thank you for becoming a client and congratulations on taking the first step to improving your credit health.

The confidentiality and security of your information is our priority, so before we get started, we must confirm this transaction and review important legal documents.

Section II: Credit Repair Services Subscription

For any credit repair service subscription, a one time set up fee of $99.00 will be charged for your subscription enrollment. Monthly billing for services will be automatically charged after the services have been rendered and are automatically renewable each month with the account information maintained on file.  Refer to our Cancellation Policy.



Section III: 
E-Sign Notice- Consent to Electronic Record 

E-Sign, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.D. 7001, et seq.), requires that you consent to entering into an electronic agreement with National Credit Store before an Client Credit Repair Agreement can be executed. 

Please read the following information carefully:

· If you enter into an online Client Credit Repair Service Agreement with National Credit Store, you will not be required to submit a paper application. An electronic record will evidence the entire agreement between you and National Credit Store. However, you must consent to the use of an electronic record and must read the  Terms of Use, Policies and Procedures and electronically acknowledge below that you have read these documents.

· To access these documents and submit your online Client Credit Repair Service Agreement, you will need a personal computer or Mac with Internet access and operational Internet browser software.

· By clicking on “I agree” below, you consent to the use of electronic records confirming your agreement to National Credit Store's Terms of Use, Policies and Procedures of the Credit Repair Service Agreement. 
·If you click on the “I Decline” box, the enrollment process will be terminated and you will be returned to the Home page.
